Attachable Neck shrapnel Wound Packing Simulator replicates a shrapnel wound to the neck, complete with a movable skin and muscle flap and a large internal cavity for wound packing. The injury can hold between 2/4 to one full-size compressed gauze roll, making hemorrhage control both challenging and realistic. Using an eyelet-and-cord system, it attaches securely to the neck and can also be worn on the axillary region to simulate axilla injuries. The platinum-cure silicone “skin” wrinkles, folds, and feels lifelike, delivering unmatched realism for role-player and manikin-based training.
