Please read carefully.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for returning an item purchased from TactiFlesh (“We” or “Us”). By purchasing an item from Us at www.Tactiflesh.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

Certain items are not eligible for return including, but not limited to, items delivered more than  30 days (unused, or if used 90 days) prior to initiation of a return, items manufactured by Us but not purchased from Us at www.techlinetrauma.com, items not manufactured by Us but sold by Us, and items which are perishable, hazardous, flammable, customized, special order, or discontinued.

 

To initiate a return, you must contact Us at info@tactiflesh.com within 90 days after delivery of the item to you. We may require you to send Us photographs or video footage of the item to be returned, so that we may determine whether We should or should not authorize the return. If the return is authorized, then We will issue an authorization number to you. The authorization number must be placed on the exterior of the shipping box containing the item returned to Us. Authorization and issuance of an authorization number are not approval of the refund and not approval of the refund amount.  
 

Shipping and insurance costs for returning an item to Us are your responsibility. We urge you to ship the return item using a carrier service that permits you to insure and to track the shipment. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping to Us.

An item returned to Us will NOT be accepted if any of the following apply.

  • The item is returned to Us without an authorization from Us.

  • The item is returned to Us without an authorization number from Us.

  • The item is returned to Us without a valid authorization number clearly visible on the exterior of the shipping box delivered to Us.

  • The returned item is delivered to Us more 20 days after issuance of the authorization number by Us.

  • The item is returned in a damaged condition due to negligence, misuse, and failure to follow the provided instructions.
     

If the shipment containing the returned item is accepted by Us, then we will inspect the item. If the item is unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, then We will approve a full refund.

If the simulator shows signs of wear and use and experiences a factory-related failure, we will conduct an inspection to determine whether to send a replacement or offer a partial refund based on the product's condition.
 

Fee

* Excludes tariffs, import duties, and other country or region-specific fees.

The refund amount will be processed within 10 business days after approval using the same payment method as your original payment to Us.

If the refund is not approved, then We will return the item to you. Shipping and insurance costs for returning an item to you are your responsibility.  

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Restocking fees will be deducted at the time of refund.
