SHIPPING POLICY
 

This Shipping Policy includes topics relevant to delivery of items purchased from TactiFlesh (“We”, “Us”, and “Our”) at www.Tactiflesh.com
 

If the simulators you've purchased are currently in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and business closures) after we've received a confirmation email from you acknowledging your order. You will then receive an additional email notification from us once your order has been shipped.
 

If the simulators are not in stock, you will receive a notice. Given that our products are handmade, the processing time for individual purchases may range from 7 to 13 days but will not exceed 14 business days. For inquiries regarding business purchases and conditions, please reach out to us at Info@tactiflesh.com.
 

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

We ship to the United States and utilize EMS for international transit, as well as USPS for domestic shipping.
 

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

We provide shipping services to European Union (EU) countries. For international transit, we use EMS, and for local shipping, we rely on local postal services, including Georgian Post.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In addition to EU countries and the USA, we offer international shipping to most countries. If you have specific questions about shipping to your country, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@tactiflesh.com.
 

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to varying shipping costs, you won't find specific fees for shipping during the checkout process. Before placing your order, please reach out to us at Info@tactiflesh.com to obtain the exact shipping cost. After your order is placed, we will send a separate invoice for the shipping charges.

Other Costs

Your order may be subject to other costs including, but not limited to, tariffs, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for collecting and paying these other costs. You are responsible for paying all other costs in full to the responsible collecting parties.  
 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email estimating the expected ship date when your order has been processed. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Us which will includes a tracking number you can use to track your order. 

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact Us at Info@tactiflesh.com with your name and order number. We will look into the shipment for you. 

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email Us immediately at Info@tactiflesh.com with your name, your order number, brief description of the damage, and photographs showing the condition of the shipping box before it is opened and the item after removal from the shipping box . We will be unable to properly evaluation the nature, cause, and extent of the damage without this information. With this information, We will try Our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
