This attachable simulator replicates a deep laceration wound to the neck, the type of injury that can be caused by sharp objects such as knives, glass shreds, or other cutting trauma. The injury features a large cavity that requires careful wound packing to achieve hemorrhage control. Using the eyelet-and-cord system, the simulator fits any user and can be worn securely on the neck or armpit (axilla) for versatile training. Crafted from platinum-cure silicone, the “skin” wrinkles, folds, and feels lifelike for both visual and tactile realism.
