Overview
This attachable simulator replicates a realistic gunshot wound injury with a narrow wound channel, offering trainees a challenging wound-packing experience. Despite its compact size, the internal cavity requires precision to identify and tamponade the bleeding site. Using the eyelet-and-cord system, the simulator fits any user and can also be worn on the axillary area to simulate armpit wound packing scenarios. Made from platinum-cure silicone, the “skin” wrinkles, folds, and feels lifelike under touch.

Apply water-based lubricant inside the wound cavity to protect the silicone and improve realism
